Whipped honey butter

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl.
Beat the butter with a hand mixer or stand mixer until light and fluffy.
Add honey salt and vanilla if using.
Continue whipping until the mixture becomes very smooth and airy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.

Store in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature before serving.
